Please note: the First Month Free offer requires a 2 month minimum BabeBox subscription in order to be eligible for the offer (This means you are signing up for a 2 month subscription in which the first month is free but you are required to pay for the second month). You will be automatically charged on the first of each month while your subscription is active.
If for any reason you need to cancel your BabeBox subscription order you must send our customer support department your request via email within 24 hours of order placement. If your order has not been shipped, we will process your refund request. Please allow 7-10 days for your refund to reflect in your account. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for orders that have shipped. Note: If you signed up for the first box free promotion, and you want to cancel before your second month, you will be charged $29 for the first month's box.
If your product arrived damaged, you must notify us within 24-48 hours so that we can file a claim with the carrier (shipping company) and get your replacement package to you right away.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and return your item to our fulfillment center for review. The address will be provided you by our customer support department.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from BabeCosmetics.com (excluding BabeBox subscription boxes and products not eligible for return), you are welcome to return the item. You must email us within 48 hours of delivery, and ship the unwanted item(s) back to us within 7 days. Once the return is received we will issue a store credit for a future purchase.
Before Return Shipping
Contact us by email before shipping the order to us, in order to get the specific instructions for return and address.
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item(s). The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund/store credit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Exchanges/Refunds cannot be processed until we receiving your return item.
Excluded Goods (products ineligible for return)
BabeBox monthly boxes cannot be returned or refunded. We can not accept returns for products for skin uses (skincare items, masks, serums, etc.) Please contact our customer support department (firstname.lastname@example.org) to see if the product is eligible for return.
