What is BabeBox®?
BabeBox® is a subscription-based service that delivers you a box of exclusive cruelty-free beauty products and skincare. Each box, curated personally by our in-house beauty consultant, includes 4-6 high quality, exclusive and limited edition beauty products in several categories including skincare, bath and body, hair care, makeup, facial masks and beauty accessories).

Which products will I receive?
Each monthly box contains a mix of 4-5 cruelty-free beauty items of the highest quality from different categories (skincare, bath and body, hair care, makeup, facial masks and beauty accessorie) chosen for you by our in-house beauty consultant.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free worldwide for any of the pre-paid plans. Month-to-month shipping prices are $6.95 to the US and $7.95 for anywhere else in the world.

When does my box ship?
We do our best to ship your first BabeBox within 5 business days of your order being placed. If we run out of inventory before processing your order, your first BabeBox will ship within 14 days. BabeBox subscriptions are processed and shipped from the 10th to the 18th of each month. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. US customers normally receive their BabeBox within 4-7 days (please note: carrier delays are possible). Delivery of international orders may take several weeks (or longer). In many countries tracking information is unavailable once your BabeBox reaches the destination country. If you haven't received your box by the expected arrival time, you can reach out to the BabeBox Team for additional information.

What countries do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the world except a few countries*.
We don't ship to: Albania, Algeria, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, Kosovo, Martinique, Morocco, Nigeria, South Sudan and Tunisia Due to regulatory concerns. We hope to be able to ship to those countries soon.

When will I be charged?
Immediately after your first order you will receive your initial charge. Future payments will be charged on the 1st of every month (or once every 3, 6, 12 months depending on your plan).
For example, if you were to order and initialize your subscription on january 27th, you would subsequently be charged on the 1st of every following month, going forward.
It means that it is possible we will ship you 2 BabeBox in 3-4 days difference.

 How do I cancel my subscription?
Sorry to see you go! You can cancel your subscription very easily. Just log into your account to cancel or shoot an email to support@babecosmetics.com for assistance. First Box Free Promotion subscribers may cancel penalty-free after their second month. Free Box Promotion cancellations requested prior to the second month will be charged $29 for the first box.  Is the first month only sample size products?
There are no samples here! Your first month (and every other BabeBox month) contains only premium cruelty-free beauty products. We want you to have the full BabeBox experience right from the start.

 Are all products cruelty-free?
Yes, they indeed are! We love animals and would do nothing to support the harm of those pure creatures, so we have ought to ship only cruelty-free products in the BabeBox.

 When I sign up for a prepaid plan, is it all charged up front?
Yes. You are charged in advance the full discounted price for your subscription choice. Prepaid plans are non-refundable. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current prepaid term.
